By accessing or using Nestfy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not create an account or use the service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nestfy. Please read them carefully.

What Nestfy is

Nestfy is an educational financial modelling tool. It helps you organise financial information, model how your position may evolve over time, and explore scenarios.

Nestfy does not provide financial advice, tax advice, investment advice, or any form of regulated professional consultation. The projections, summaries, and suggested actions generated by Nestfy are informational and educational only — they are not recommendations. You should always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Nestfy. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@nestfy.ai.

You may only create one account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be shared with or transferred to others.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide
• You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access other users' data
• You agree not to use Nestfy for any unlawful purpose
• You acknowledge that Nestfy's outputs are based on the information and assumptions you provide, and their accuracy depends on the quality of those inputs

Intellectual property

Nestfy and its content, features, and functionality — including design, code, text, and branding — are owned by Nestfy and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without prior written permission.

The data you provide remains yours. By using Nestfy, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

Nestfy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any projections, calculations, or suggested actions. Nestfy is not a substitute for professional financial, tax, or legal advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nestfy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Service availability

We aim to keep Nestfy available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Nestfy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of Nestfy after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
